Job Title: Assistant Manager – Airport Operations

Location: Hyderabad Airport

Work Days: 5–6 days a week

Shift: General Shift

Compensation: 35-40K

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Assistant Manager to oversee airport operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning at our Hyderabad Airport location. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Candidates with an aviation background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of 13-14 employees at the airport location.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standard procedures.
  • Act as a communication link between the Founders and the team, ensuring clear alignment of expectations, updates, and directives.
  • Analyze operational data and track performance metrics to ensure efficiency and accuracy in work.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, airport authorities, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular briefings and audits to maintain high operational standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to higher management.

  • Knowledge of airport operations or aviation industry (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain discipline, efficiency, and high performance within the team.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate degree (preferably in Aviation, Management, or related field).
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations or team management.
  • Prior experience in the aviation/airport industry will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements (Documents):

  • NOC (No Objection Certificate) from previous employer
  • Surrendered Airport Access Pass copy (if applicable)
  • Valid Passport (active and issued within the last 5 years)
  • PVC Certificate
