About the Role

We're looking for a multi-skilled, tech-savvy and proactive individual who can assist in project handling, testing, operations, and web coordination for our fast-growing wellness tech platform — WellnessZ.

You'll be directly working with the founders and tech team to ensure smooth execution of projects, testing of new features, and maintaining structured operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

Project Handling


• Coordinate ongoing development projects between developers, designers, and clients.


• Maintain task sheets, timelines, and progress reports.


• Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on time.


• Document feature requirements, updates, and testing reports.

Testing


• Conduct manual testing for both Web Portals and Android/iOS Apps.


• Create and maintain test cases, identify bugs, and ensure fixes are verified.


• Support product launches by validating functionality and user flow.


• Suggest UI/UX improvements and help optimize product experience.

Operations


• Manage internal workflow sheets, CRM updates, and client onboarding checklists.


• Coordinate with support and marketing teams to ensure all departments are aligned.


• Track daily deliverables, follow-ups, and process documentation.

Web Development (Preferred Skill)


• Basic understanding of / / HTML / CSS for coordinating with dev teams.


• Support small content or layout updates in web dashboards if needed.


• Collaborate with web developers to track bugs, deployment status, and integrations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (final year students may apply).


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Basic understanding of software testing, web development, and operations.


• Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, or Jira.


• Eagerness to learn across domains — tech, product, and management.
