Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sponsorship Coordinator based in Lucknow, with some work from home flexibility. The Sponsorship Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing sponsorship programs, maintaining relationships with sponsors, and identifying potential sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, they will handle event planning and management, ensuring successful execution of events that meet the expectations of sponsors and participants.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Experience in Sponsorship management and development
  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in the event management industry is a plus
  • Commission-based role
