**Eligibility Criteria**

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field in any discipline.

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills (verbal & written)

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in marketing or administrative work is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Staff**:

- Assist in creating and marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media content and outreach.
- Engage with clients and customers as needed.

**Pitch & Negotiate Deals**
- Reach out to potential sponsors, present proposals persuasively, and negotiate agreements on terms, deliverables, and budgets.

**Coordinate Activation & Deliverables**
- Collaborate with event logistics team to ensure branding elements (banners, booths, digital displays) are implemented correctly and sponsors are well represented on-site.

**Collaborate Internally**
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, operations, and finance teams to align sponsorship deliverables with overall concert objectives and audience experience.

**Track & Report Sponsorship ROI**
- Monitor sponsorship performance against KPIs (e.g., impressions, engagement, ROI), and prepare post-event reports to help renew and improve future partnerships.

**Salary**_(based on experience and skills)_
- **Freshers**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000/month + Incentives
- **Experienced**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month + Incentives

**Other Details**
- **Location**: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
- **Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
