Analyze and document as-is and to-be processes.

Prepare and review functional design specification documents.

Design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.

Configure relevant scenarios in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Collaborate effectively within small and large teams.

Demonstrate knowledge across the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
