Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and business requirements.

  • Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools, ensuring that all issues are communicated effectively to the development team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Test Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports to support quality assurance processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on software usability and functionality, suggesting improvements to enhance user experience and product quality.
