Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented
Manual Tester
with
8+ years of experience
, preferably in the
Supply Chain Finance domain
. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our financial software solutions by executing manual testing processes, identifying and tracking defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
  • Perform
    functional, regression, integration, and system testing
    of supply chain finance applications.
  • Execute manual test cases, document test results, and ensure traceability of requirements.
  • Identify, report, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure product quality across all stages of development.
  • Participate in requirement and design reviews, providing valuable feedback from a testing perspective.
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Support
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    and assist with test environment setup and data preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology
    , or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience
    in manual testing, preferably within the
    Supply Chain Finance domain
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    supply chain finance processes
    , including invoice financing, factoring, reverse factoring, and payables/receivables management.
  • Hands-on experience with
    test management tools
    (e.g., TestRail, HP ALM).
  • Proficiency in
    bug tracking tools
    (e.g., JIRA).
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
    .
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a
    collaborative, team-oriented environment
    .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to
    automation tools
    such as Selenium or Postman is an advantage.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification
    preferred.
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments
