We are looking for a Data Entry Executive for our Warehouse who will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, inward/outward goods, dispatch details, and inventory data. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have basic computer and Excel skills. Enter and update stock movement data (inward/outward) on a daily basis

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain records of items received and dispatched

Prepare item-wise stock reports and update inventory files regularly

Assist dispatch and packaging teams in maintaining accurate documentation

Match physical stock with system data during audits

Report stock mismatches, damage, or missing items

Maintain cleanliness and filing of all warehouse documents

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support warehouse operations

Requirement:

  • Minimum education: 12th pass or Graduate
  • 0–1 year of experience in data entry or warehouse work (freshers can apply)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (must)
  • Physically active and ready to work in a warehouse setting
