We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join NAND PHARMA's team in Indore. As a Data Entry Operator at NAND PHARMA, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. You will work on a variety of projects that require precision and speed in data entry. Responsibilities:
  • Inputting data from source documents into the company database accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring data integrity and security by performing regular data backups.
  • Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
  • Updating existing data, retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Performing regular data cleaning to eliminate duplicate and irrelevant information.
  • Assisting in organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer.
  • Responding to information requests from authorized members.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of data management and data cleaning techniques.
  • Experience with data entry in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
