Role Overview

Manage the day-to-day functioning of the flagship store, overseeing staff, client interactions, and coordination with the Mumbai and design teams to ensure smooth operations, strong sales performance, and a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations
, including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.


• Deliver a
personalized, high-touch client experience
that reflects the brand's ethos.


• Build and nurture relationships with
VIP clients, stylists, and planners
.


• Drive sales targets and monitor KPIs, ensuring steady growth and consistent performance.


• Maintain
store presentation and brand standards
in alignment with head office guidelines.


• Lead, train, and motivate the in-store team to uphold brand values and service excellence.


• Coordinate with central teams on
logistics, stock planning, and special orders
.


• Support PR, events, and activations hosted at the store.

Qualifications


• 3-5 years of experience in retail management
.


• Strong client-relation skills with a proven record of managing
high-value clientele
.


• Solid understanding of
bridal couture, fittings, and bespoke client journeys
.


• Confident leader with experience managing teams in luxury environments.


• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
