Account Executive – Finance & Accounts

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including invoicing, purchase/sales processing, inventory control, reconciliation, and reporting. Ensure accurate financial records, timely transactions, and support revenue collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Review backflushing reports, resolve inventory issues, post adjustments, and track material usage.
  • LCT / Freight Allocation: Record container LCTs and allocate freight/tariff details for incoming shipments.
  • Purchase & Accounts Payable: Reconcile GRNs, verify PO details, post AP invoices, and report discrepancies.
  • Sales & Accounts Receivable: Post customer orders and invoices, process credit notes, reconcile payments, and calculate gross margins.
  • Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and dispatch reviews.
  • General Duties: Ensure accurate data entry, support ad-hoc reporting, and maintain compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
  • 2–3 years of accounting/finance experience (inventory, purchase, or sales accounting preferred).
  • Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).

Work Environment
Fast-paced finance function collaborating with Purchase, Sales, Inventory, and MIS teams.
