Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Kochi. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting sales training programs, delivering engaging presentations, and developing training materials. Daily tasks will include evaluating the performance of sales teams, providing feedback, and improving sales techniques through targeted training sessions. The Sales Trainer will also ensure that all sales staff are well-equipped with customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Presentation Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
