Summary

Responsible for managing all branch accounting operations and performing internal audits to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain branch financial records and prepare monthly/annual reports.
  • Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, payables/receivables, and asset registers.
  • Prepare branch budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze variances.
  • Lead and supervise branch accounting staff.
  • Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Identify control gaps, detect potential fraud, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit (Master's/Certifications preferred).
  • 5+ years of accounting/audit experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and audit procedures.
  • Proficiency with accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹51,180.13 per month
