What You'll Do

• Offer high-level technical assistance and management of essential infrastructure systems such as Vulnerability Assessment, Patch Management for Servers and Clients, Intune, SCCM, Windows Update Manager, Windows 11, Defender, Qualys, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
• Implement and enforce security policies to ensure antivirus management and security systems are up-to-date and operating flawlessly.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Engineering Manager, System Engineers, and Regional Service Delivery Manager to ensure outstanding customer service for all support needs.
• Lead and provide assistance for Windows Server environment upkeep, covering Windows Server 2019 and 2022.
• Apply deployment tools like Windows Update Manager, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Patch My PC to effectively implement updates and patches.
• Cultivate and sustain scripting proficiency for automation and efficiency advancements.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and standards.
• Offer input on and assist in enforcing group policies and recommended guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Vulnerability Assessment, Patch Management, Intune, SCCM, and WSUS within a multi-site, enterprise setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Windows Server 2019, 2022, Windows 11, and MACOS.
• Proficient understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and fundamental virtualization technologies (VMWare/Windows).
• Familiarity with ITIL procedures and norms.
• Familiarity with deployment tools like Windows Update Manager, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Patch My PC.
• MCP certification and ITIL certification are highly desirable.
• Proficient scripting expertise for automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Outstanding communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
