We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) governance and managing budgets to ensure financial integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Governance: Oversee and manage the governance of the Profit and Loss statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting standards.">
  • Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with DAIS goals and financial targets.">
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, variances, and actionable recommendations.">
  • Cost Control: Identify areas for cost optimization and implement strategies to enhance financial efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures.">
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support, fostering a culture of financial accountability and transparency.">
  • Cost Center Creation: Create cost centers as per approved BC.">
  • SCM & Vendor Management: Manage SCM and vendor relationships including DSF, SC, PO, payments.">
  • Manpower Planning & Tracking: Plan and track manpower requirements through Recruitment, Referrals, Open positions tracking.">
  • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop financial plans and budgets covering 5+7, 9+3 & 9+15: Travels, Headcount, Staff welfare, L&D, IT.">
  • Monthly Financial Report Validation: Validate financial reports on a monthly basis and reclassify costs if necessary.">
  • Travels Budgets & Actuals: Manage travel budgets and actuals.">

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.">
  • Advanced Excel & PPT Skills: Proficient in advanced excel and PowerPoint skills.">
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in financial governance, budget management, and P&L oversight, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.">
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.">
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.">
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.">
