Key Technical & Functional Skills

  • Deep understanding of 
    data governance frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with tools like 
    Alation
    , 
    SAP MDG
  • Strong knowledge in 
    Customer Master & Material Master Data
  • Proficiency in 
    SAP ERP data structures
  • Knowledge of 
    data cataloging, lineage, policies, data ownership & controls
  • Exposure to 
    data visualization tools
     (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
  • Familiarity with 
    data analytics, AI, and machine learning concepts

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Data Governance Manager in designing and implementing robust governance processes
  • Document and maintain business 
    data glossary
    , 
    lineage
    , 
    quality KPIs
    , and ensure change governance
  • Conduct 
    trainings for data stewards/owners
    , and provide ongoing support
  • Perform 
    monthly audit controls
    , report findings, and ensure adherence to data policies
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across 
    business, technology, and transformation teams
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in data management practices
  • Participate in large-scale transformation projects across geographies and domains

  • Experience in domains like 
    Procurement, Finance, Customer
  • Critical thinking and storytelling abilities for data-driven insights
