Job Title: Korean Language Trainer

Employment Type: Full-Time (5 Days WFO)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Korean Language Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have expertise in teaching Korean at TOPIK Level 2 or Level 3 and a passion for language training. This is an on-site role with face-to-face interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Korean language training sessions for employees or students at TOPIK Level 2 or Level 3.
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools tailored to learners needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate learners progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a structured training schedule and ensure adherence to training objectives.
  • Encourage active participation and engagement during training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Korean Language Trainer (interpreters will not be considered).
  • Strong command of Korean language (TOPIK Level 2 or Level 3 mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai, 5 days a week.
