AI Product Manager Role Overview

As an AI Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping the future of intelligence. From identifying high-value AI opportunities to delivering magical, model-powered experiences, you'll build products that feel like superpowers for our users and internal teams.

What You Need to Bring

  • Deep curiosity about AI and strong instincts for what's technically feasible

    (LLMs, NLP, Vision, embeddings, etc.)
  • Customer obsession — grounding every feature and model in real user problems
  • Comfort working in probabilistic environments where systems aren't always 100% deterministic
  • Passion for building scalable, ethical, and responsible AI systems

What You Will Do

  • Identify high-value AI use cases and shape the end-to-end roadmap—from data collection to model deployment
  • Translate ambiguous business goals into clear, actionable technical requirements for AI/ML teams
  • Define success metrics that balance business KPIs (revenue, retention, efficiency) with model performance metrics (precision, recall, latency)
  • Proactively manage AI risks, including hallucinations, bias, drift, and privacy considerations
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to bring AI features to life
  • Stay on top of the evolving AI landscape to ensure our products maintain a competitive edge
