Job Description – US IT Sales Executive (Digital Marketing Services)
Location: Janakpuri, Delhi
Shift Timings: US Shift (Night Shift)-Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi (Janakpuri). The candidate must have proven experience in selling digital marketing services in the US market, with a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals. This is a client-facing, target-driven sales role that requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Sell a wide range of Digital Marketing Services including SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Social Media Marketing (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads), Website Development, and Automation Solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in selling digital marketing services to US clients (minimum 2–5 years).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the US IT/Digital Marketing domain.
- Strong communication skills (fluent in English – written and spoken).
- Experience in client acquisition through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media ads, websites, automation).
- Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours) from our Delhi (Janakpuri) office.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented personality.
