We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Instagram Reels and YouTube video script writing, developing powerful content strategies, selecting viral content topics, and driving social media growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging, creative, and trend-based scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube videos that drive engagement and reflect the brand's voice.
  • Research, ideate, and select viral content topics based on audience interests, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Design and implement a strong content strategy focused on virality and growth, ensuring consistent posting and audience interaction.
  • Monitor social media trends, challenges, and algorithm changes to stay ahead and maximize organic reach.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to create visually appealing, high-impact content.
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, shares, watch time) and use data to improve future content strategies.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure regular and timely posting across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and social listening tools to boost community engagement.
  • Optimize YouTube content for SEO, including keyword research and metadata writing, to improve discoverability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in script writing for short-form (Reels, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube) video content.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and viral content strategies.
  • Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to research trends and select high-performing, relevant content topics.
  • Proficient in social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform tools (Instagram Creator Studio, YouTube Studio).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO practices, especially for YouTube.
  • Good understanding of audience psychology and engagement tactics.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in digital marketing or content creation agencies.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
  • Background in graphic design or visual storytelling.
