Job Role: Manager – Project Execution
Reporting To: Assistant General Manager - Project Execution
Role Overview
The Manager Project Execution is responsible for the seamless planning and execution of high-rise residential projects, ensuring adherence to Tejraj Group's quality, timeline, and cost objectives. This role involves meticulous ERP data management, process adherence, resource planning, consultant engagement, and cross-department coordination. Safety, material management, cost optimization, and quality assurance are top priorities, alongside comprehensive documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes overseeing ERP implementation, value engineering, variance monitoring & mitigation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Execute the project plan efficiently, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
2. ERP Data Management
- Accurately and timely update project-related data in the ERP system.
- Ensure data integrity and leverage ERP tools for project tracking and optimization.
3. Process Adherence & Compliance
- Strictly follow company processes, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with RCC structural drawings, concrete grades, and material quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements.
4. Resource Planning & Optimization
- Strategically allocate manpower, materials, and funds for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust to meet project goals.
5. Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination
- Regularly coordinate with consultants to ensure the smooth flow of work, drawings, decisions, and problem-solving.
- Actively participate in consultant meetings to ensure project alignment with architectural and engineering requirements.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions effectively.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Facilitate smooth coordination between construction, procurement, engineering, and design teams.
- Resolve interdepartmental conflicts to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Cost Optimization & Value Engineering
- Implement innovative strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes and strategic improvements.
- Integrate value engineering principles to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
8. Project Timeline Management
- Set ambitious project completion targets and strive to exceed them.
- Implement efficient scheduling and task prioritization techniques to ensure timely delivery.
9. Safety & Risk Management
- Enforce strict safety protocols to prevent site accidents.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for site personnel.
10. Material Management & Waste Reduction
- Monitor material consumption to align with industry standards.
- Implement efficient inventory management to minimize material wastage.
11. Quality Assurance & Control
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to meet industry and client expectations.
- Conduct pre- and post-activity quality inspections to ensure compliance.
- Develop standard work execution and quality checking forms.
12. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and progress updates.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze variance reports, identifying deviations in budget, schedule, and scope.
- Develop and implement monitoring & mitigating reports to proactively address project risks.
13. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Assign responsibilities, set performance expectations, and encourage professional growth.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
14. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify and implement process improvements and industry best practices.
- Optimize project management processes using technology and data-driven insights.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
15. ERP Implementation & Integration
- Define objectives, scope, and goals for ERP implementation in collaboration with senior management.
- Lead ERP vendor selection and ensure system alignment with real estate industry requirements.
- Oversee implementation, including data migration, system configuration, testing, and training.

- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and ERP systems.

Qualifications & Experience Education:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 8 years in project execution Premium Residential
ERP: Minimum 3 years of experience.
