Job Requirement

Project Role: Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Lead

Project Role Description: Technically lead the team on Oracle Fusion and EBS. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, documenting, and testing BI reports, personalization, extensions, BPM workflows, data migrations, and integrations. Provide technical solutions for requirements/issues, debug, fix, and enhance existing processes, and support production operations.

Work Experience: 8+ years relevant

Work location: Chennai

Technical Expertise
Must Have Skills:

Extensive hands-on experience with Fusion tools (BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Data Loaders, BPM Workflows)

Strong understanding of at least one end-to-end process flow (SCM / Finance / HCM)

Experience in a minimum of 3 Fusion implementation cycles

Ability to build custom solutions using various tools to address business requirements beyond Oracle standard functionality

Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements

Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills

Excellent customer communication skills

Good To Have Skills:

Experience designing and developing custom applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to extend Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities

Ability to create custom forms, user interfaces, and dashboards with VBCS for enhanced user experience and data management

Oracle EBS Technical Development skills (CEMLI)

Strong ability to analyze PL/SQL code and EBS RICE components

Experience with Development life cycle (Dev, UAT & PROD migration)

Knowledge of Release Management, Production Support processes, Ticketing Tools, and Documentation
