Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for TeleCallers For Health Insurance at Navnit Motors Pvt Ltd, located in Mumbai. The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining health insurance products and services, answering any questions clients might have, and setting up appointments. Additionally, the TeleCaller will collect and input client information into the company database, follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, and maintain detailed records of call information and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service and Client Relationship management skills
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
  • Time management and Organization skills
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound call center roles is preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
