About the Role - Senior Product ManagerAs a Senior Product Manager at Bureau, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fraud and risk management products; partnering closely with enterprise customers, engineers, and executives to drive innovation and business impact.
What you'll be doingStrategic OwnershipDefine and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Bureau's identity, authentication, and fraud risk platform.
Represent the product with executive presence — delivering roadmap presentations, vision briefs, and strategic updates to C-suite audiences, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Partner with senior leadership to align product initiatives with company priorities, growth targets, and market direction.
Act as a trusted product advisor to enterprise customers — framing solutions that balance innovation, compliance, and measurable risk reduction.
Lead high-impact workshops and technical discussions with customers, helping them translate business challenges into scalable identity and risk solutions powered by Bureau.
Capture customer and market insights to inform product decisions and influence long-term strategy.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business and technical needs into actionable product requirements and deliverables.
Prioritize features and improvements using a metrics-driven approach focused on adoption, impact, and customer success.
Drive successful evaluations, pilots, and deployments by working closely with customer success, sales, and solution engineering teams.
Develop executive-ready enablement materials (product briefs, ROI models, customer decks, demo narratives) to support internal and external alignment.
Stay ahead of emerging standards and technologies in device fingerprinting, behavioural biometrics, account takeover (ATO) prevention, and fraud detection.
Advocate for forward-looking product capabilities that position Bureau as a trusted technology leader in identity and risk.
Represent Bureau at industry forums, conferences, and customer events, contributing to the company's thought leadership narrative.
To shine here, you should have:
5–7 years of experience in product management, cybersecurity, IAM, fraud prevention, or technical product domains.
Direct experience building products in device fingerprinting, behavioural biometrics, account takeover (ATO) prevention, or closely related fraud detection technologies is required. You must be fluent in the language of modern fraud prevention.
Demonstrated success in owning and shipping complex, data-intensive products from concept to launch, with a clear impact on business outcomes. Experience working with products that include SDKs is highly desirable.
Track record of building enterprise-grade, data-driven, and secure technology products.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, customer success, data) to deliver impactful outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives.
