Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Divisional Risk Manager based in Pune. The Divisional Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial, operational, and compliance risks within the division. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing risk management strategies, conducting regular risk assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a robust risk culture within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, and Risk Reporting
  • Experience in Compliance Management and Regulatory Guidelines
  • Strong Analytical, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Banking Operations, Financial Analysis, and Risk Tools
  • Qualifications such as Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related fields; certifications like FRM or PRM are an advantage
