Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer, based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, delivering technical solutions, and supporting the sales process. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, managing and nurturing customer relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting site visits to offer reliable maintenance recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering, including the ability to understand technical concepts and apply them effectively in sales scenarios.
  • Strong skills in Technical Support to provide insightful troubleshooting, product guidance, and technical solutions to clients.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client queries, foster relationships, and deliver a high standard of service.
  • Experience in Sales and a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets while developing client relationships.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recommend effective maintenance and operational solutions to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Experience in working with industrial products or MRO services will be considered an advantage.
