Role & responsibilities

  • Preparing the daily team performance report for analysis post collating the data submitted by the team.
  • Gather, collate and organize various databases to ensure timely and accurate MIS.
  • Manage various processes wrt doctors payout, sales team performance and any other details as required by the SMC.
  • Maintaining the data wrt daily IP / OP patient admitted / visiting the hospital.
  • Managing and maintaining Doctors database and patient payout.
  • Reverting to queries raised by the Doctors.
  • Coordinating between team & interdepartmental.
  • Conducted daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly data reconciliation in collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Providing any other data as required by the HOD / SMC.
  • Prepared discharge payout data and coordinated with Marketing and Accounts teams for final chart/report compilation.
  • Actively participated in process enhancement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization.

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Customer handling skills
  • Any graduate with 4 to 8 years expereince in MIS
