We are currently looking to hire anenergetic, highly motivated, can -do attitude individual to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:HR Business Partner with experience building and leading "entire hire toretire" processes. Must establish and maintain a people -centric culture andpossess maturity to interact and influence a strong executive team and keystakeholders.Serves as a business partner/advisor to the business stakeholders regarding organizational and key management directives.Maintains strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Company goals and objectives.Ensures compliance with laws and regulations relevant to HR practices, policies, and programs.Maintains in -depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day -to -day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Ensures recruiting and retention strategies meet the human capital needs of the company; develops terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers. This would require collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Lead.Maintains a robust talent management process; provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.Maintains a robust performance management process that fosters a culture of high performance, coaching and candid feedback; provides day -to -day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.Champions diversity efforts across the Company.· Drives talent & employee engagementinitiatives as per business requirements. · Identify the process gaps or bestpractices to be incorporated in business partnering and operations side. · Work closely with HR Leadership tounderstand the business priorities and act accordingly. · Comply with laid down SLAs, TATs, etc., tooffer seamless employee experience. Work as a sounding board and guiding hand in allmatters of HR, organization development and policy amendment. RequirementsJob Requirements:· Strong business acumen (FinTech experiencepreferred).· Demonstrated change management and projectmanagement capabilities.· Excellent communication and presentationskills.· Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.· Proven stakeholder management and ability todevelop strong working relationships across the Company.· Influence and Negotiation, ability to reada situation and act in a direct, forceful yet diplomatic manner to developtrust and openness of business stakeholders to consider alternatives. · Familiarity with data collection methods, bothquantitative and qualitative; ability to set up and track relevant HR metricsand KPIs and use them to drive business results.· Excellent time management skills with a provenability to meet deadlines.· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite orrelated software.· Minimum of 8 years of experience as a HRBusiness Partner.· Deep knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines,including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity,performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. MBA in HumanResources (HR) required.
