JOB OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about building and managing world-class IT infrastructure and cloud operations? Sapaad is seeking a
Cloud Application & Infrastructure Manager
to lead our IT infrastructure and operations organization. You will ensure
24x7 reliability, security, and scalability
of our cloud-based systems (AWS/Heroku) while championing
DevOps practices
across the company.

This is a
strategic, senior, and visible role
, bridging Tech Operations, Application Development, and Data Engineering, and working with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a
best-in-class IT operations function.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, standards, and operational policies.
  • Lead Cloud/AWS-based operations, ensuring
    high availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Build and manage
    DevOps practices and CI/CD
    pipelines, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems.
  • Oversee IT systems administration, including servers, databases, storage, networks, applications, desktops/laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Manage third-party vendors and enterprise contracts (AWS, Microsoft, etc.), ensuring
    service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Establish
    service level agreements (SLAs)
    , operational metrics, and ITIL-based standardized processes.
  • Continuously improve cloud operations and IT infrastructure to support business growth.

YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • Proven experience managing
    cloud-based IT infrastructure
    (AWS/Heroku) in a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
  • Hands-on
    DevOps experience
    , enabling continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
  • Experience in
    infrastructure architecture, network, server, and storage administration.
  • Knowledge of
    enterprise monitoring, reporting tools, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Strong
    team leadership and mentorship experience
    managing IT professionals.
  • Experience in
    vendor and contract management
    , optimizing cloud infrastructure costs.
  • Excellent
    analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
    .
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms: Linux, Windows, SQLServer, commodity hardware.
