We are #hiring for a leading NGO Job Description:-Lead and drive all aspects of fundraising, donor and partner engagement, institutional giving, brand positioning, and volunteer integration-This is a leadership role that requires strong storytelling, strategic thinking, people management, and systems-oriented execution. -The role spans institutional partnerships, donor servicing, volunteer engagement, communication design, and internal systems strengthening-Design and execute a robust fundraising strategy ensuring long-term, flexible, and unrestricted resources for our work.

-Oversee and ensure timely donor reporting, budget updates, and documentation with support from the Finance and Program teams-Shape and amplify organization's narrative and public presence across digital and print media-Build and manage a strong volunteer engagement strategy aligned with the mission and play-based programs. Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in fundraising, communications, donor engagement, or related leadership roles in the development sector.
  • Proven ability to raise and manage institutional and individual donor funds.
  • Strong writing skills (English)—especially in grant writing, storytelling, and donor communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in donor servicing, external representation, and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of CSR, philanthropy, and nonprofit ecosystems in India.
  • Strong understanding of digital communication platforms, branding, and outreach campaigns.
  • Has a strong network of HNIs and CSR leads.
  • Occasional travel to program geographies (district/village-level) for documentation, donor visits, and volunteer events.
