Service boy

• Customer Service:Greet customers, help them to seats, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Order Taking:Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Food & Beverage Service:Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously to customers.
• Payment Processing:Operate cash registers or Point of Sale (POS) systems to handle customer payments.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness:Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas, including tables, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Stocking & Preparation:Assist with stocking food stations, preparing ingredients, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Food Safety:Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements for food safety and sanitation.
• Teamwork:Collaborate effectively with cooks, chefs, and other staff members to ensure efficient and harmonious operations.
• Complaint Resolution:Address customer concerns and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
