- **Order Taking**:Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- **Food & Beverage Service**:Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously to customers.
- **Payment Processing**:Operate cash registers or Point of Sale (POS) systems to handle customer payments.
- **Hygiene & Cleanliness**:Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas, including tables, equipment, and storage spaces.
- **Stocking & Preparation**:Assist with stocking food stations, preparing ingredients, and maintaining inventory levels.
- **Food Safety**:Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements for food safety and sanitation.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborate effectively with cooks, chefs, and other staff members to ensure efficient and harmonious operations.
- **Complaint Resolution**:Address customer concerns and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
