Hostel Warden

**Job Summary**

The Hostel Warden (Boys) will be responsible for overseeing the well-being, discipline, and overall management of the boys' hostel at Kanha Makhan Public School. The role involves ensuring a safe, supportive, and conducive living environment for students while fostering their personal and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities
- **Student Supervision**: Monitor and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of male students residing in the hostel.
- **Daily Operations**: Oversee hostel facilities, including cleanliness, maintenance, and meal services, in coordination with support staff.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their concerns and fostering a positive hostel community.
- **Discipline Enforcement**: Implement and maintain hostel rules and regulations to ensure a structured environment.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with school management, parents, and staff to address student needs and hostel-related matters.
- **Emergency Response**: Handle emergencies promptly, ensuring student safety and coordinating with relevant authorities if needed.
- **Activity Planning**: Organize recreational, educational, and extracurricular activities to promote student engagement.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, incidents, and other hostel-related documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in hostel management, residential supervision, or a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Basic administrative and record-keeping skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to reside on campus (accommodation provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
