**Job Summary**:
The Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the school hostel. This includes ensuring the safety, discipline, and well-being of students residing in the hostel, maintaining a healthy and conducive living environment, and managing daily operations effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Welfare**: Supervise the care and well-being of students in the hostel, ensuring their safety, health, and discipline at all times.
- **Discipline Management**: Enforce hostel rules and regulations to maintain order and a positive atmosphere.
- **Health and Hygiene**: Ensure students follow proper hygiene and maintain cleanliness in the hostel premises.
- **Emergency Handling**: Be available on-call for any emergencies or urgent matters concerning students' safety or well-being.
- **Parental Communication**: Serve as a point of contact between the school and parents regarding students' residential life.
- **Meal Supervision**: Oversee the quality and timely service of meals provided in the hostel.
- **Facilities Management**: Ensure proper maintenance of hostel facilities, including housekeeping, laundry, and other services.
- **Counseling and Support**: Provide personal support and guidance to students, helping them adjust to hostel life and resolve personal or academic issues.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of hostel supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring their proper usage and replenishment when needed.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and supervise hostel activities or events to encourage community bonding.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a hostel warden or similar role in an educational institution is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Compassionate and approachable with the ability to mentor and guide young students.

**Working Hours**:
This is a residential position requiring the warden to stay on the premises and be available at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
