Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Operations Manager with a strong background in supply chain management, domestic and international procurement, and price negotiation. This individual should have a deep understanding of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand operations, ideally within the wellness or cosmetics industry. The role involves managing global vendor relationships, optimizing procurement and fulfillment processes, and ensuring smooth coordination with international fulfillment centers.

Exceptional communication skills are critical for this role, as it requires daily interaction across internal teams and external global partners. Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Management:Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with D2C business needs. Manage inventory planning, logistics, and product availability to meet customer demand.

Implement scalable supply chain strategies to support growth in the wellness/cosmetics sector. Procurement & Vendor Management:Lead sourcing efforts and supplier negotiations for raw materials and finished goods, both domestically and internationally. Build strong vendor partnerships with a focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

Ensure suppliers meet compliance, quality, and sustainability standards relevant to wellness/cosmetics. Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination:Act as the central point of contact for communication with international fulfillment centers. Coordinate international shipments, customs processes, and warehousing logistics.

Proactively resolve fulfillment or delivery issues, optimizing for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Price Negotiation & Cost Control:Analyze procurement spend and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Drive price negotiations to secure favorable terms and improve gross margin.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration:Partner with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure procurement and logistics align with D2C campaign timelines. Effectively manage communication across time zones and cultures with international partners. Industry-Specific Operations:Apply understanding of D2C business models, particularly in the wellness or cosmetics space.

Align supply chain and operations strategy with customer expectations for fast, reliable delivery and premium-quality products. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field. (MBA is a plus.)5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations, preferably in a D2C brand environment.

Industry experience in wellness, personal care, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods is strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of international procurement, vendor negotiation, and global fulfillment logistics. Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:Experience working with suppliers and fulfillment centers in regions such as Asia, Europe, or North America.

Familiarity with D2C ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon FBA, etc.). Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in the wellness or cosmetics space. Multilingual abilities (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus.
