Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Location: Goregaon

Experience Required: 2+ years

Reporting: Dept. HODs, Managing Director

Internal Coordination: Sales, Backoffice, Accounts, Operations

External Coordination: Stationery/Printing/Office Supplies Vendors, Transporters

Qualification: Graduation

Purpose

Efficiently manage warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and handle timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce safety and security procedures; ensure stock handling is precise and records are accurate.
  • Manage documentation for inventory and dispatch.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders to meet service levels and customer timelines.
  • Coordinate with transporters for dispatch and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with vendors for supplies.
  • Implement best practices, strive for process enhancements, and support cost controls.
  • Maintain compliance and proactively resolve operational issues.whatfix+1

Competency Requirements

  • Detail orientation; experience in dispatch and inventory modules.
  • Ability to identify warehouse process improvements.
  • Stakeholder coordination—internal and external parties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
