Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients who have enquired about immigration, visas, or overseas opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated through advertisements, online campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM or tracking system.

2. Client Engagement & Consultation Support

  • Explain immigration services, visa processes, and available programs clearly to prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and match them with suitable immigration programs (PR, student visa, etc.).
  • Fix appointments with immigration consultants/counselors for detailed discussions.

3. Follow-up & Relationship Management

  • Regularly follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Build trust and maintain a good rapport with clients to convert enquiries into applications.
  • Handle queries, provide accurate information, and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with counselors, team leaders, and management for smooth process flow.
  • Escalate complex queries or cases to senior consultants.

7. Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure all calls are made professionally and politely in line with company standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and program changes.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Excellent communication & convincing skills (English, regional languages as required).
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
