Role Overview

We're looking for a
Cold Email Marketing Intern
who loves experimenting with campaigns, automation, and personalized communication. You'll play a key role in reaching potential clients and generating leads through creative and data-driven cold email strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or
  • Create, test, and manage
    cold email campaigns
    and
    drip sequences
    using platforms such as
    Lemlist, Instantly, or
    .
  • Write
    personalized and attention-grabbing email copies
    (subject lines, intros, and CTAs).
  • Monitor campaign metrics — open rates, reply rates, bounce rates — and suggest optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team for improving templates and campaign assets.
  • Maintain and clean lead databases regularly.
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify what resonates with different audience segments.

Requirements

  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of
