Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri for a School Counselor. The School Counselor will be responsible for providing academic, career, and personal guidance to students. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting students with identifying their strengths and goals, and supporting their mental health and emotional development. Additional responsibilities include organizing workshops, collaborating with educational staff, and maintaining student records to monitor their progress.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling, Counseling, and Career Counseling
• Solid understanding of Psychology and Mental Health
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive student matters
• Relevant certification in counseling or psychology is preferred
• Previous experience in educational counseling or a related field is advantageous
