Description
  •  4 to 8 years of experience working as a Dynamics Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 customization and configuration. 
  •  Proficient in analyzing business processes and translating them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
  •  Extensive experience with the Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate, to create and automate business processes. 
  • Strong understanding of FetchXML for creating complex queries and generating reports within Dynamics 365. 
  • Experience with Model-Driven App Design to develop intuitive and user-friendly business applications. 
  •  Familiarity with JavaScript for client-side enhancements and automation within Dynamics 365. 
  •  Basic understanding of C#, HTML, and CSS for supporting customization needs and communicating effectively with technical teams.
  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver functional solutions. 
  •  Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results and optimizing business processes.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes, gather requirements, and translate them into Dynamics 365 functional solutions.
  •  Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards to align with business needs and improve user experience. 
  • Utilize Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to streamline and automate business processes.
  •  Develop FetchXML queries to support reporting requirements and data extraction tasks.
  •   Design and prototype Model-Driven Apps to enhance productivity and address business challenges. 
  •  Collaborate with technical teams to implement JavaScript, C#, HTML, and CSS solutions that require customization beyond standard configurations. 
  •  Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 functionalities by end-users. 
  •  Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements. 
  • Document solutions and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and support continuity within the organization. 
  •  Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features, advising stakeholders on best practices and potential improvements.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. 
  •  Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft tools and third-party applications using APIs and connectors. 
  •  Knowledge of Azure services and how they can be leveraged within Dynamics 365 solutions. 
  •  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools. 
  •  Experience in providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
  •  Experience in training end-users on Dynamics 365 functionalities and new customizations. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations or demonstrations of Dynamics 365 solutions. 
  •  Knowledge of integration techniques with other Microsoft products and third-party applications.
