Occupational Therapist

We're looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide online occupational therapy to children with developmental delays, sensory needs, and other challenges.
• Extensively work with autistic children, designing and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, and other professionals.
• Create individualized therapy plans, set measurable goals, and track progress.
• Equip parents/caregivers with practical strategies to support therapy at home.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Extensive experience working with autistic children and other neurodiverse populations.
• Strong background in delivering therapy online (teletherapy experience essential).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Empathy, patience, and creativity in therapy delivery.
