Job Summary:

This Position is for an engineering subject Matter Expert within the global voice engineering team. The candidate will join a team of voice engineers and specialists who design and certify standard voice and carrier voice solutions. Extensive experience testing and designing enterprise-scale voice infra with speciality in UC software. The candidate will be capable of leading test and design projects, working both individually and collaborating with SME colleagues to ensure certifications and upgrades are successfully delivered.The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in the following areas:? Hands on experience in both Avaya and cisco telephony platform? 5+years of exp with cisco suite of telephony and UC products? Microsoft windows-based UC desktop applications (cisco, Avaya, IPC etc) on win 10 and win11? Experience with scripting and test automation highly preferred.? Experience with private, public and hybrid clouds preferred.? Planning executing and documenting detailed test plans across multiple systems, under test. Good interpersonal skills, both written and oral Ability to work in cross functional teams with specialists in different disciplines. Ability to communicate with system vendors to certify ad enhance products to meet MS

Key Responsibilities:

Voice Engineers design and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks. Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures. They are responsible for tasks, such as designing, installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting voice communication systems. Good communication and coordination skills

MUST HAVE:

Candidate should have 15+ years of regular education

Candidate should be willing to join in third party payroll C2H and then move to TCS payroll after Background clearance.
