Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, delivering presentations to prospects, and maintaining strong lines of communication with clients. The role also involves building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to achieving organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skills and ability to deliver impactful presentations
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and result-oriented approach
  • Client relationship management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or business development is an advantage
