About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Business/Data Analyst to join our client in the Consumer Health industry. This is a contract-based position for professionals with strong expertise in procurement analytics, data-driven decision-making, and digital procurement tools.

The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming complex procurement data into meaningful insights that enhance efficiency, optimize spend, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze procurement workflows, with a focus on tail spend management, to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor procurement performance and KPIs.
  • Utilize Excel, SQL, or Python to clean, transform, and analyze large and complex datasets.
  • Present analytical findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 710 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst within the procurement domain.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, spend analytics, and supplier management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, with proven experience creating dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Skilled in Excel, SQL, or Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Candex, Keelvar, Fairmarkit, or similar tail spend management tools.
  • Experience working with AI-driven sourcing, autonomous procurement, or agentic AI automation.
  • Background in consulting or procurement digital transformation projects.
