We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable business applications and automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

As a HR Business Analyst, you will

• Design interactive dashboards, integrated multiple data sources, and optimized data models using DAX for accurate, high-performance reporting.
• Develop responsive canvas and model-driven apps with customized forms, views, and workflows using Dataverse to meet specific business needs.
• Create and manage automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365 services to streamline operations and improve process efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Experience with DAX, Power Query, and basic SQL.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Prior of experience in Power Platform development.
