Product Manager - Packaged Foods

Job Title:
Product Manager - India Entry (Packaged Foods- Noodles, Sauces)

Location:
NCR (Gurugram Preferred)

Employment:
1-Year Full-Time Consulting Contract with One Consulting Firm

Opportunity: Create a Category Legacy

Join us at the ground level as we help India market entry for a an international packaged food brand (Noodles, Sauces, etc.). This is a rare chance to own the strategy and execution that defines a category. You will be instrumental in:

·      
Localizing the Brand
(NPD): Customize product, packaging, and pricing for the Indian consumer.

·      
Owning P&L:
Direct responsibility for
revenue and profitability targets
.

·      
Establishing a Brand:
Build a unique identity and foster a strong connection with
Gen Z/Millennial
customers.

Role & Responsibilities

·      
Product Management & Strategy:
Develop and execute long- and short-term product, packaging, and pricing strategies customized specifically for the Indian market. Lead
New Product Development (NPD)
and product lifecycle management.

·      
P&L Ownership:
Accountability for driving
top-line revenue and profitability
targets. Manage Gross-to-Net (GTN) planning and trade spend efficacy.

·      
Quick Commerce (QC) Leadership:
Quick Commerce will be the leading channel.
You will be responsible for establishing and scaling the brand's success on major QC platforms. Although the brand will be present in offline and e-commerce channels as well

·      
Digital Brand Establishment:
Utilize
digital marketing, influencer strategies
and traditional marketing channels to build brand and drive engagement directly with the target youth audience.

·      
Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing and other functions

Must-Have Qualifications

We are seeking a high-calibre professional with proven success in a hyper-growth environment.

·      
Experience:
8-15 years of proven experience
in Product Management or Brand Management within the
Packaged Foods
or high-growth FMCG sector.

·      
QC Success:
Demonstrated track record of establishing and scaling a brand's sales and performance on
Quick Commerce platforms
(Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).

·      
Academics:
Top-notch academics are strongly preferred, ideally from
Tier 1 institutions
.

·      
Mindset:
Ability to balance
strategic planning
with hands-on
execution
