We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls for global customers, ensure high-quality service delivery, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain professional communication at all times. This role requires strong English communication skills and a willingness to work in night and graveyard shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound or outbound calls for international customers.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Follow communication scripts, process workflows, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain call logs, documentation, and service records as required.
  • Meet performance targets such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and support leads/supervisors when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in an international voice process (customer support, technical support, or sales).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle customers from different regions/time zones professionally.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Typing and basic computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts/graveyard shifts (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in BPO / call center environment preferred.

  • Experience with CRM tools or call-handling software.
  • Knowledge of US/UK/Australian process workflows.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.
