We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEAN/MERN Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our web applications, from designing and developing the user-facing interface to building robust and scalable back-end systems. You will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining our full-stack architecture, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across all platforms.

(A) Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN/MEAN stack (MongoDB, , React/Angular, ).

(B) Front-End Development:

• Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces using (for MERN) or Angular (for MEAN).
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, reusable code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

(C) Back-End Development:

• Develop and manage server-side logic, APIs, and business processes using and
• Design, build, and manage efficient database schemas with MongoDB.
• Good command over aggregation framework of MongoDB.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and performance in all database interactions.

(D) Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements, define features, and deliver innovative solutions.

(E) Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, suggest best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

(F) Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks throughout the application stack.

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer, specifically with the MERN or MEAN stack.

• Proficiency in the core technologies:

• MongoDB: Strong experience in designing schemas, querying, and managing databases.

• Expertise in building RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
• or Angular: In-depth knowledge of front-end framework, including component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux for React), and a solid grasp of its ecosystem.

• Strong understanding of its asynchronous nature and the use of frameworks like

• Excellent command of fundamental web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS .

• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets and Microservices architecture.
