Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of 10 – 20 Relationship Managers 
  • Handling the escalations of the team
  • Training the new joiners
  • Maintaining the tracker
  • Coordinating with State Head for client servicing standards
  • Work closely with RM's and maintain good rapport and help them with suitable profiles.
  • Monitor and regularize the performance of Relationship Managers
  • Help the Relationship Managers build a strong rapport with the clients
  • Get in touch with clients every now and then and ensure that their requirements are being addressed and also to learn the changing 

mindset of the clients

  • Deliver quality service to paid members counted amongst the cream of the society, help Relationship Managers to make Success Stories­­­

Eligibility

  • Graduate
  • Must have completed 18 months of service with the Company
  • Should have at least 5+ years of experience in a customer facing/service and/or Sales role
  • No disciplinary action/ PDP in the last 6 months of service
  • Not less than "C" or "Meets Expectation" performance rating in the recent appraisal cycle
