Role Overview

The Examination Executive will be responsible for backend coordination related to exams. The role involves interacting with students, coordinating with the internal examination team, managing exam-related data, and ensuring smooth execution of all examination processes. Strong communication skills and good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the internal examination team for scheduling, exam updates, and process requirements.
  • Call students/candidates to inform them about exam dates, guidelines, and required documentation.
  • Assist students with exam-related queries and provide correct information.
  • Maintain accurate exam-related data in Excel/Google Sheets (student lists, schedules, submissions, etc.).
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with students for pending exam requirements or submissions.
  • Prepare and update daily/weekly reports on examination activities.
  • Support in backend operations such as hall ticket issuance, exam form verification, and documentation.
  • Work closely with academic coordinators to ensure smooth examination processes.
